ASSISTANT DIRECTORS
Institute has launched a new course titled “Certificate in Accounting Technician
(CAT)” in December, 2008. We are looking for young professionals with marketing
flair and counseling skills. The posts are at Regional Offices, located in New Delhi,
Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai
Duties and Accountabilities
The desired candidate is a link between Chapters and HQ He should able to
provide counseling and top quality service to students and Chapters. He/She
should effectively implement strategies relevant to various functions of CAT
Course.
Competence

Educational / Administrative Experience: A bachelor’s degree or a higher
degree in economics or commerce or management with AICWA /ACS/ACA
and minimum of 5 years of marketing and administrative experience. An
M.B.A. will be added qualification. Experience of working in an educational
institution is desirable.

Conceptual and analytic skills: A sharp and creative mind that can
conceptualize and think through issues, and provide value.

Time management: A record of prioritizing and managing time to deliver high
priority and top quality products is essential. This must be coupled with the
ability of multi-tasking and capability to manage significant uncertainties.

Communication and Interpersonal skills: An excellent record of sharing
information with colleagues, students, and staff at all levels of the institute is a
prerequisite. The candidate is required to promptly respond to queries of
Students and Chapters.
Pay Scale : 15600-39100+6600. (Starting Basic Pay 25350)
Age : Should be below 40 years
Location : New Delhi/ Mumbai / Kolkata/ Chennai
