Duties and Accountabilities
The candidate is required to help develop and implement education, training
and examination strategies for the department across the Institute (Regions and
Chapters); assist the Directorate in providing specialized technical inputs and
guidance to Regions and Chapters and other associates of the institute.
Competence.
Educational / Experience: A bachelor’s degree or a higher degree in
education or economics or commerce or management with AICWA and
minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is essential. Other professionals like
ACS/ACA are also welcome. Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in
addressing professional education issues is required. The candidate should
have good working knowledge of computers.
Teamwork: Success in working in teams both as a team member and team
leader.
Conceptual and analytic skills:
A creative and sharp intelligence that can
conceptualize and think through issues, and provide value addition. Should
be interested in improving the learning and educational policies. Ability to
think “out of the box” and to help constituents of the institute to develop a
flexible and creative approach to education strategies.
Time management: Ability to prioritize and manage time to deliver high
priority and top quality products are a must. The candidate must also be
capable of managing significant uncertainties in the study/ examination
programs and undertaking a range of tasks simultaneously.
Communication and soft skills: An excellent record of sharing information with
colleagues, students, and staff at all levels of the Institute is a prerequisite. The
candidate is required to promptly respond to queries of Students and other
stakeholders- Regions and Chapters.
Pay Scale : 15600-39100+7600. (Starting Basic Pay 29500)
