CWA offering placements for jobseekers

CWA is one of the accounting bodies in India. Its deals with cost and work accountants paper.
They are offering placements by testifying their skills and qualifications which they pursued in CWA course and in general too.

Duties and Accountabilities:

They are seeking for one who is having good leadership, co-ordination and
supervise professional education operations that contribute to Training and
Educational Facilities (TEF) committee’s efforts to reform education/training
programs, expand access, and improve quality. The candidate should also be
able to help develop and implement strategies, mainly in the areas of education
and training and possibly, also contribute to broader human development
strategies for the Department across the Institute (Regions and Chapters).
Provide specialized technical inputs and guidance to Regions and Chapters and
other associates of the Institute, and lead the preparation of analytical work for
better learning to the students.
Competence
Educational Qualification and Experience: A Fellow of ICWAI preferably with PhD
in Economics or Management with a minimum experience of 15 years of
teaching and administration in University or educational Institution is essential.
Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in addressing professional
education issues is required. The candidate should have good working
knowledge of computers.
Teamwork: Success in working as a team leader.
Conceptual and analytic skills: Creative, sharp minds that can conceptualize
and think through issues, and provide value is what we are looking for. Ability
to think “out of the box” and to help constituents of the Institute to develop a
flexible and creative approach to education strategies is desirable.
Time Management: A record of prioritizing and managing time to deliver high
priority and top quality products. This must be coupled with capability to
manage significant uncertainties in the study program and to undertake a
range of tasks simultaneously.

Communication and client relations: An excellent track record of sharing
information with colleagues, students, and staff at all levels of the Institute is a
prerequisite. The candidate is required to promptly respond to queries of
Students and other stakeholders - Regions and Chapters.
Interpersonal and diplomatic skills: Capacity to interact effectively with a
range of stakeholders within and outside the Institute is required.
